Integrating both the online and offline experience is a challenge that Grow Soccial took on, head-first. Driving up revenue from online sales of tickets through online platforms was a part of our strategy, and revenue.
The strategy adopted by the team was to first revamp their social handles to reflect that post covid 19 the location is back open and following all safety and guideline rules. Post informing the audience these facts Grow Soccial adopted a 3 step strategy
1. Work with the client to create special events to attract crowds - eg : Halloween, winter carnival, international film festival. The number of footfalls increased by 200x resulting in driving the revenue up almost 5 times the forecasted value. We also live-streamed events and promoted specific festivals that were happening in person and drove up footfalls through linking digital marketing platforms with online ticket sales platforms.
